Welcome to a new school year at Como Primary! We extend a warm welcome to all our new families joining our wonderful school community and a big welcome back to our returning families. We hope this year is a successful and rewarding one for all students, staff, and parents.  

The School Board meets twice each term, in Week 3 and Week 7 on a Tuesday. These meetings provide an opportunity to discuss school initiatives, policies, and the ongoing development of our school. Our first meeting of the year is next week where we will be discussing the roles and responsibilities of the School Board and reviewing our focus priorities for 2025. We will also be discussing and reviewing 2024 data and feedback, measuring our progress against the Strategic Performance Targets.  As always if you have any thoughts, comments or concerns that you would like to raise with our Board you’re more than welcome to email me at Sophie.Millson@education.wa.edu.au

I would also like to welcome Monika Niski to our Board as a Parent Representative. We look forward to the valuable insights and contributions you will bring to our Board.
