Como Connections

You're invited to Como Connections (formerly called Parent Information & Friendship Gathering)

Como Primary School parents and caregivers are invited to the first Como Connections gathering of the year.

When: Friday 21 March following the Harmony Day Assembly
Where: In the Como Primary School Hall

Como Connections is a welcoming space for families to meet, share experiences, and build friendships within our school community. Whether you are new to our school or have been part of our community for years, we encourage you to join us and connect with other families.

At our first gathering, we will:

• Meet the Cultural Awareness Committee
• Hear from Safiyyah Aziz, a Developmental Child Psychologist, School Board Member, and one of this group’s parent coordinators
• Learn about the EALD programwith our EALD teacher, Karolina Holm, who will talk about her program to support students learning English as an additional language

There will also be time for mingling with other families and building connections within our school community.
